Heart of Georgia Hospice has been in service to Middle Georgia since 1984 and is committed to serving our community with care and comfort.

Heart of Georgia Hospice is Houston County's only non-profit, faith-based Hospice program serving people of all faiths and beliefs since 1984. Over the years Heart of Georgia Hospice has served patients and their families with our commitment of care and comfort. Patients and their families will never receive a bill when they use Heart of Georgia Hospice services.

Opening hours: Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Service hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
